Paula Lambert is a world renowned American Cheesemaker, Cookbook Author and Entrepreneur. She is a seasoned expert on food, travel and wine. Paula is the proud owner of the Mozzarella Company and a member of the esteemed Les Dames d’Escoffier. Among Paula’s greatest achievements is the Foodservice Pacesetters Award she received in 1992. In 1998, Paula was named Who’s Who in Food and Wine in Texas, and James Beard’s Who’s Who in Food and Beverage in America.
